Tom Langley
Creative Director
Originally from Atlanta, Tom’s an artist, storyteller, cyclist, and a very curious cat. Having lived and worked in Miami for over 30 years, Tom’s just as competitive off the bike as he is on it and loves nothing more than a creative challenge. Most days, you’ll find him riding before sunrise, and a real treat is when he gets to ride in Italy.

Not everyone made it for picture day. Some live close by but most are spread all over the world. And like all modern families we’re always on the go. In fact, one of us in the family is awake at any given time — writing, thinking, creating, problem-solving … essentially doing what we love, in some other time zone in another country over a hot cup of coffee, a hot cup of tea, or the beverage of their choice.

You’ve heard the old saying that money makes the world go round, right? It’s thanks to Zoila that we not only make money but that we can track it and keep some of it, too. Zoila’s passions are cycling, motorcycles, and her two granddaughters.

A mountain biker and BMX aficionado, Jose is a perceptive, detail-oriented, and sharp-eyed designer from Venezuela who moved to Miami two decades ago. A devoted father and husband who loves to cook old family recipes, Jose incorporates design into every aspect of his life, including his music library, which is as vast as a record store.

A coffee, wine, gastronomy, and travel connoisseur, Roberto started in this business as a partner back in 1989. He soon found the subtleties of a marketing strategy equally satisfying. Today, he leads our company, making sure we stay relevant to our clients and their customers.

Charlie Marrero
Digital Producer
An eccentric yet collected human, Charlie is a perfectionist with a hint of sarcasm. When he’s not secretly googling new terms, he enjoys playing guitar, snapping portrait photography, drawing, watching horror movies, and keeping up with the latest virtual reality gadgets.
